Business Document Shredding Services
Over the past decade or so, the Government has passed many laws that are intended to help cut down on identity theft. These laws require that organizations properly destroy and dispose of all information. Organizations that do not comply with these laws are subject to large fines and executives could face jail time.
There are three different types of shredding services that we offer, Scheduled Route, One-time Purge Off-site or On-Site Shredding.
Scheduled Route
Scheduled route shredding service puts your organization on a set schedule when we come and remove your files in need of shredding. We work with you to determine what frequency of service your organization needs and is the most cost-effective to you.
The process to getting route service is very simple. Call our office and schedule to have a free on-site estimate performed. After our free on-site estimate that determines what your organizations needs are, we deliver a secure locked container to your office. These containers are designed to ensure that once you insert paper into it, it does not come back out until we come to collect it. After collecting your paper for shredding we return to our office in our secure truck and complete the shredding of those documents. Upon completion your company is issued a Certificate of Destruction. It's that easy! Your customers' information stays private and your organization stays in compliance with the laws.
One-time Purge
One-time purges are a great solution for organizations that need to get rid of old records and do not require regular scheduled service. Whether your organization needs to shred a few boxes or a full warehouse of documents, no purge job is too small for us.
